Then I decided since it was wash day I was going to hang a load of laundry out on the clothes line. It felt great to hang up the clothes and see them blowing in the breeze. It is a sure sign of spring when you see clothes hanging on the clothesline!

Spring is FINALLY here!
On this first day of spring I decided to embrace the warm sunshine and gentle breeze. The wee ones went with their Uncle to enjoy one last day on the ice fishing while I stayed home and did the most spring inspired chores I could think of. I spent an hour in my flower beds, just trimming back old stems and clearing out dead leaves since the ground is still very much frozen.
Then I decided since it was wash day I was going to hang a load of laundry out on the clothes line. It felt great to hang up the clothes and see them blowing in the breeze. It is a sure sign of spring when you see clothes hanging on the clothesline!
